PURCHASE OF SPECIFIC PRODUCTS
The franchiser, [Name of the franchiser], and the franchisee, [Name of the franchisee], as set forth in their franchise agreement on [Date of the agreement] and as witnessed by [Name of the witness], have agreed to the following additional terms and conditions:
In accordance with this agreement no other suppliers other than those named by the franchiser will be acceptable due to strict controls of franchise products. Any substitutions can and will jeopardize the flavors and quality of known food products.
Franchisee agrees to purchase and allow no substitutions in keeping within specific guidelines set forth by the franchiser for the franchise to for consistency of any and all products under franchise name.
